Frankie’s Biscotti are made from the original Old World Italian recipe handed down for many generations. It is the authentic wine-dipping cookie originally used at village weddings and made popular by Christopher Columbus. As profiled on the Food Channel, Frankie’s dough is created from the finest, most natural and purest ingredients, some of which are imported from the Mamone family farm in Calabria, Italy. Frankie uses the same spiritual and loving predisposition of the Italian nona (grandma) in his baking, instantly reminding us of a day gone by. Years ago, Beatrice Albanese, from the Palermo line of Bakers, collaborated with the Mamone Family to enhance the Biscotti’s appealing artesian look, rich, unique flavor, and softness that is seen no where else in the market. Taste tests have proven time and time again that there is no comparison. As Frankie says, he will put his product up against any Biscotti in the world for authenticity, flavor and quality.

Frankie’s signature flavor is the Black Anise Almond which is the original wine-dipping cookie. Management Team

Frankie Mamone and his son, Hector come from a long line of gourmet chefs originating from Calabria, Italy. Every product produced by the Mamone family is done so with the highest quality ingredients, and with lots of love and blessings, as is the Calabrian way. Frankie is an established businessman and international traveler with a background in logistics, configuration management and contract negotiation. Frankie is an ordained minister and lovingly consecrates every batch produced at the bakeries. Hector Mamone has a strong background in operations, plant management and volume purchasing. Marketing Manager, Harvey Arias, harvey.arias@frankiesbiscotti.com, has developed several businesses and consulted International and U.S. manufacturers and service firms in sales and marketing. He has personally owned and run several companies, including CCOA (Components Corporation of America), Vanguard Sales Results and Bona Real Estate Investments.
